The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training PLUS PLUS Program for Entrepreneurs
A 12-month program dedicated to your
transformation and re-training from shadows to strengths
Starting January 1st, 2025
(As a Business Miracles member you must have been in your current Highly Sensitive Leadership program for at least 6 months at the January 1st program start date to consider the possibility of HSL++)
The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training PLUS PLUS member is at an exciting place in her highly sensitive journey where daily nervous system management, high levels of personal responsibility and full ownership of her coping mechanism tendencies has become the norm.
From a place of her Highly Sensitive Strengths™, she rarely defaults to blame, shame, disconnect or disassociation when her highly sensitive nervous system is overstimulated, but instead intuitively turns to tools, teachings, and accountability support to access a level of awareness that allows her to move through her nervous system overload with swift grace.
The PLUS PLUS member is eager (rather than avoidant) to be challenged as part of her dynamic dedication to life-long experiential study and evolution. Her soul is fuelled, and her passion fulfilled by every opportunity of continued self-mastery.
She joyfully recognizes that this path of highly sensitive leadership mastery is a life-long pursuit and process and that she doesn’t need to “work on herself”, but instead she does “the real work” consistently to honor herself. She knows it is a privilege to be able to do so and, therefore, makes receiving leadership training and self-mastery mentoring a top priority in her life as a dedication to her essential self over social-self expectations and obligations.

In addition to the primary and secondary support elements above, the Highly Sensitive Leadership PLUS PLUS Training Program for Entrepreneurs includes:
Annual Full Cohort Kick-Off Session → An annual group video session with Mentor, Heather Dominick. At the end of the calendar year on Wednesday, December 11, 3:30-4:30pm EASTERN, prior to the new program beginning at the start of the new year. Heather will lead a session with both an inner and outer focus to support you with receiving the most from your upcoming HSL PLUS PLUS program year.
Monthly Full Cohort Roundtable Sessions → Led by your Mentor, Heather Dominick, as part of the Weekly Training Roundtables. These special cohort roundtables provide the opportunity for a designated monthly connection to receive additional mentoring, deepened PLUS PLUS community member connection and shared-methodology support along with your fellow PLUS PLUS training program members who are also invested in their own and your long-term progress.
Monthly Mini-Cohort Group Mentoring Sessions → Each month you will be invited to privately submit business leadership progress check-in questions to Mentor, Heather Dominick, who will then curate a group mentoring approach to support accelerated focus for you and your fellow more intimate PLUS PLUS mini-cohort members (about half the size of the full PLUS PLUS cohort) over the next 30 days. Each member will leave with an accountability action to ensure ongoing progress to meet members identified 12-Month and 90-Day Benchmark goals.
Value Add-ons → First access to value add-ons, such as Master Class Masterminds, introduced as needed in response to community needs and world matters.
Optional → Access to add 30-minute private mentor phone calls or 60 to 90-minute* private mentor video session with first schedule priority on Mentor, Heather Dominick’s limited calendar for an additional tuition investment.
*PLUS PLUS members are the only members to receive the option to schedule 60 or 90-minutes private mentor video sessions.
First Tier In-Person Training Invite → Provides you first access to attend small, intimate in-person training with Mentor, Heather Dominick for an additional tuition investment.
Mentor Heather Dominick will periodically be offering opportunities to train with her in person along with a select group of other Business Miracles members. As a PLUS PLUS member you will receive priority access to attending all of the small, intimate, in-person training offered with Mentor Heather Dominick for an additional tuition investment.

This is an on-demand training program which provides you with access to all training materials upon enrollment acceptance. Even if you are unable to attend a live training component of the program, you will be provided with a recorded version of the component. Therefore, this on-demand training program may not be canceled or refunded at any time.
