This preparation will give you the opportunity to pause, reflect on what’s happened since your last 1:1 coaching call, acknowledge what’s been working as well as get clear on where you need support next to keep your business and leadership growing until your next 1:1 coaching call. This ongoing process creates accountable acceleration towards all you’re desiring to create for yourself.
