Typically as we enter into a new year, there is a slew of resolutions that are set.
We hear people — and the Global Pandemic doesn’t seem to have changed this much — stating their New Year’s Resolutions and these resolutions often have to do with the body.
- I’m going to lose weight.
- I’m going to make more money.
- I’m going to take better care of myself.
- I’m going to exercise.
I find the process so fascinating because a resolution is an act of the mind, but the focus of the resolution — for most people — is on the body.
So then, typically, the resolution gets lost by February 1st, if not sooner.
But what if we Do Things Differently this year?
What would it look like if we set New Year Intentions that were focused on the mind, where the real change and healing happens?
What miracles might we experience if, instead of focusing on the body, we commit to intentionally using our minds as a consistent core practice — whether that be through meditation, journaling, energy management or any other form of consistently engaging your mind.
If you really want to support yourself with beginning anew in this new year, make a commitment to consistently and intentionally exercise your mind and watch the MIRACLES of expansion and healing that happen as a result. ✨✨
