are you a highly sensitive entrepreneur? Find out TAKE THE QUIZ

what would you have done?

Once, during my first year of business, I arrived to teach a workshop and no one showed up. Not one. Not even someone who stumbled in because they were in the wrong place! Nothing. No one. Nada.

For so many Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs (HSEs) this is their worst nightmare. A spotlight moment showing how incompetent they are, a fraud, a failure, a moment that proves they could have, should have done better …

And that the impact would be devastating, a sign from the goddesses that they should just go get a job.

But I didn’t do any of those things.

Nope.

What I did was – I sat (after I got over the initial shock).

I sat in this beautiful space that was meant to host my workshop and I meditated and I prayed.

And as a result I got really clear.

Actually, it was one of the most calm, serene moments of that first year of being self-employed. I will always remember that moment. Fondly.

Now, I have for sure strayed away from that serenity many times over the last 15 years, but it became, and still is, a touchstone. A remembering.

A reminder to not take this whole business thing personally, that there is a bigger plan, and someone/thing else who’s wiser than me is in charge.

And when I can open myself, empty myself as I did on that day that no one showed up, I will always be led.

Always.

And, so will you.

XO. Heather

P.S. This same exact thing just happened to one of the members in my Business Miracles Eminence Mentoring Program and she was able to handle it with such grace and the opportunity flood-gates have opened as a result. Super proud of her.

P.P.S. Is this something you’d like to be able to do for yourself, tooWe have just a few open spots remaining in my Business Miracles 6-Month Mentoring Program that will teach you how. Click here to have a private call with a member of our Coaching Team to see if this program is right for you.
