Being highly sensitive is how you were born into the world. Your nervous system is literally wired differently than someone who’s not highly sensitive, and as a result you take in stimulation at a much higher degree whether that be sight, sound, smell, touch, energy or information.

Since mentoring with Heather and consistently showing up to do “the real work” of my Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Program my business and my life have literally increased and improved every year I am in the program, including staying strong and steady through the early years of the Global Pandemic.

Open yourself up to receive a sign about how you are meant to move forward on your highly sensitive leadership training journey.

Bring your experience with this exercise to your second already scheduled call with your enrollment coach who is ready to support you with any further clarity you might need.
