The 4Cs of HSP Marketing Success
For us Highly Sensitives marketing really boils down to what I refer to as the 4Cs of HSP marketing success (and these can be adapted for any leadership focus by the way, which I’ll share more about further down).
Those 4C’s are:
- Connection – being willing to create a genuine connection with your potential clients
- Communication – being willing to clearly and confidently speak about what you do
- Call to Action – being willing for your communication to include a CLEAR invitation with CLEAR instructions of how they can take a next step with you
- Consistency– being willing to set up a schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually (or a consciously adapted version) that has you in action with the first 3Cs
These 4Cs are the foundation to any form of marketing whether in-person or online and can be expanded to as big or not-so-big as you choose based on your chosen version of your Good Enough Business™.
That’s it.
As I shared, our highly sensitive brain tends to lean toward over complication by default which is why I’ve learned that it’s always both an inner and outer process when it comes to creating self-employment success for us highly sensitives. Meaning, it’s about taking these 4C actions and then managing our nervous system’s reaction to taking these actions.

The Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Tracks
When you first enroll in the Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Program, you will take the Leadership Track Assessment to help determine which training track will best support you the most quickly in becoming a more peaceful, prosperous, high-functioning Highly Sensitive Entrepreneur and/or Leader. The assessment is taken again annually to provide clarity on where you currently are in your journey.
Each Leadership Training Track is carefully curated with 15-20 trainings designed specifically to support you with that particular leadership focus. Because most of our members are in business, all members also get access to the Marketing Leadership Training Track. Beyond that, any time you need a specific training that is not in your training track, you can request access to it from our Leadership Training Library.

7. Self-Care Leadership Training Track
