The 5-Step Productivity Hack for Highly Sensitives That ACTUALLY Works

Mainstream time management and productivity hacks don’t work for highly sensitives, but there is one productivity hack for highly sensitives that has proven time and again to work and be very effective with those who I mentor.

You CAN walk your dog and work your business.

Now, I don’t have a dog and you might not either so this is metaphor we’re talking about here. What this is really about is how the last-century model of doing business doesn’t apply anymore.

Which is good news because it’s these models that tend to especially not work well for us Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs:

  • The “9-5” model of business doesn’t work.
  • The hustle model of entrepreneurship doesn’t work.
  • The get-up-at-5am-to-write-your-book model doesn’t work.

So, if these productivity hacks don’t work for highly sensitives, then what does?

One of the very first things I teach every new highly sensitive member in the Business Miracles Community is to dig deep to understand your own circadian rhythm and then to build your business (and life) around how and when you work best.

It sounds simple, but it’s actually quite profound and creates such a massive positive impact on productivity and ease with generating more income. However, many new members bump up against challenges with this important part of the leadership training process. Why? Because they’ve been working against their essential self for so long they can’t believe it can be possible and – it feels weird. But it is not wrong, it’s just unfamiliar.

Here’s how I mentor them through it and how you can get started for yourself, too:

1. Track when you’re at your best. Be willing to dedicate at least 21 days to some “productivity discovery”.

2. Identify where your limiting beliefs are lurking. What stories do you have ingrained in you about what “success” and “work” are supposed to look like?

3. Commit to belief transformation. Use a tool like the one I teach that has you tracking the transformation. (Most members who commit to this tool watch life long sabotaging beliefs go from a level of 10 in intensity to a 0 in under 30 days.)

4. Celebrate busting that limiting belief by setting up a new schedule using my “1/3 Rule” of Time OFF/ON/IN so you’re truly living and working from balance.

5. Monitor your new schedule and assess after 30 days; tweak where needed.
