1. Name Your Steps
Ask yourself a simple but powerful question:
What do I always do first, second, and third with every client?
You may customize your work intuitively, but there is always an underlying structure. Naming it gives your clients something solid to hold onto.
2. Create Packages That Support Choice
Instead of forcing a yes-or-no decision, create three options. We often call these Papa, Mama, and Baby packages.
This allows your clients to decide how they want to work with you, rather than whether they will work with you at all. This is far more supportive for the HSP nervous system, both yours and theirs.
3. Develop a Clear Beginning, Middle, and End
Every client journey needs an arc. Every session needs an arc.
Structure does not limit intuition. It actually frees it. When clients know where they are in the process and what comes next, they can relax and fully engage.
4. Make the System Client-Centered
Containers create safety. They do not confine you.
