I have been practicing taking consistent action, as Heather teaches, and had a recent social media post boosted by Facebook because of my birthday. In just my first few months with the Highly Sensitive Leadership Training Program, I’m shifting from “pushing” to “empowered” following Heather’s teaching of division of time. I blocked SIX hours (which I never knew I had!) for deep focus projects, plus 5 hours for another project, and 4 hours for a third.
